Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan and implement interactive art-based life skills sessions tailored to the needs and interests of participants.
Teach a variety of art techniques, including drawing, painting, crafts, crochet, embroidery, and upcycling crafts.
Adapt activities to accommodate participants with different skill levels and abilities.
Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for women and girls.
Maintain attendance records and provide essential progress reports to the Women and Girls Social Distancing Coordinator.
Ensure all activities comply with safeguarding principles, including confidentiality and a survivor-centered approach.
Manage and maintain art materials, ensuring proper use and storage.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Graduate from an art institute or related field.
Previous work experience in the same field. At least one year.
Time commitment and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills.
