Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assessing cases and compiling case reports containing relevant information.
  • Provide case management services for survivors.
  • Provide individual psychological counseling services for survivors.
  • Provide referrals to various other services (internal and external), including referrals to health, psychological, and livelihood services, etc.
  • Detect, refer, and follow up cases with protection risks.
  • Ensuring that case reports are kept up to date.
  • Providing support, guidance, and counsel to families in need.
  • Raise awareness about priority protection topics according to
    international standards and protection cluster SOPs and GBV sub-clusters.
  • Link with available community resources and encourage resilience of affected people.
  • Advocates for protection mainstreaming in different humanitarian
    sectors.
  • Any other relevant tasks upon the request of the Direct Manager.
