Duties & Responsibilities:
- رعاية الأطفال الذين يزورون المساحة الآمنة للنساء والفتيات SRD وخاصة الأطفال المعرضين للعنف والإهمال.
- توعية الأسر ومقدمي الرعاية لمواجهة مخاطر الحماية المختلفة في المجتمع.
- الكشف عن الأطفال الذين يعانون من مشاكل نفسية وإحالتهم لمقدمي الخدمات النفسية والاجتماعية.
- دعم الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة (نفسية أو جسدية) بالتنسيق مع مديري الحالة لتوفير نهج شامل ومتماسك بما يتماشى مع إجراءات التشغيل الموحدة لمجموعة الحماية.
- توفير برامج تعليمية خاصة (مثل لغة برايل للأطفال المكفوفين ولغة الإشارة للأطفال الصم) للأطفال الذين يعانون من اضطرابات في النمو.
Minimum Qualifications:
- أي شهادة تخصص في رعاية الأطفال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عمل سابقة بنفس المجال. على الاقل سنة واحدة.
- الالتزام بالوقت والقدرة على التعامل مع الاخرين.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
