Duties & Responsibilities:
- Record patient medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor and record symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
- Adjust patient treatment plans as indicated based on patient response and condition.
- Consult and coordinate with members of the healthcare team to evaluate, plan and implement patient care plans.
- Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to determine patient condition based on physician recommendations.
- Assess patient condition and progress and re-evaluate treatment as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Nutrition.
- Previous work experience in the same field. At least two years.
- Time commitment and ability to deal with others.
- Good communication skills.
