– All offers will be issued in US Dollars but the payment will be in US Dollars only through Ziraat Bankası or Turkish Lira at the exchange rate of Ziraat Bankası bank on the invoice date ONLY (we can’t accept any offer in any other Currency).

Completed quotation should contain the following components:
– Signed and stamped all tender documents IS A MUST.
– Please share separate 2 files in one email (financial offer and Technical offer).
– Provide catalogs/ data sheet for technical evaluation is necessary.
– Preferring place of origin for annex 1 (Medical equipment is European – Japan – Taiwan – Turkish – USA)
– Delivery of the items direct to the health 3centers (Al Farat PHC – Lower Shyookh PHC- Abu Qalqal PHC) .
– The requested devices must conform to the stated specifications and be supplied with a warranty of not less than three years, along with operation, maintenance, and calibration manuals, as well as instructions for cleaning and periodic maintenance.
– Any bidder submitting an offer for the devices must also submit an offer for laboratory materials that are suitable for and compatible with the devices included in the offer. The devices must also be operated and tested at the place of delivery/receipt.
– The deadline is the 15th of June 2026 at 23.59 Turkey Time.
– If any item requires special storage conditions, the supplier is responsible for maintaining these conditions until the delivery point.
