SRD Sosyal Refah Dernegi would like to invite you to participate in the Medication order by sharing with us your Company legal documents (vergi levhası, faaliyet belgesi…etc), previous experience, and Financial offer.
– All offers will be issued in US Dollars and the payment will be in US Dollars only through Ziraat Bank. Any other banks the payment will be in TL with exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) on the date of issuance of the invoice.- Completed quotation should contain the following components:
– Signed and stamped filled RFQ. (Use our form provided) IS A MUST.
– Signed and stamped filled Excel Annex.
– Provide catalogs for all items with full details and datasheet is mandatory (any offer without catalog will be excluded technically).
– The supplier must comply with all current Ministry of Health (MoH) regulations and requirements in Syria.
-An official authorized agent of the manufacturer inside Syria OR a written commitment from the supplier to provide maintenance services for a minimum period of three (3) years, in addition to training the staff on operation and maintenance.
– Expiry Date not less than 1 year.
Tender Conditions:
submitted offer must meet one of the following conditions:
The manufacturer must have an official authorized agent inside Syria,
OR
The supplier must be officially registered with the Ministry of Health,
OR
The supplier must provide a written commitment to deliver maintenance services for a minimum period of three (3) years, in addition to providing training for the technical staff on operation and maintenance.

– The supplier is responsible for delivering the order to SRD inside Syria in the Azaz warehouse, all costs and paperwork are the supplier’s responsibility.
– If any item requires special storage conditions, the supplier is responsible for maintaining these conditions until the delivery point
