Tender Conditions:
– All offers will be issued in US Dollars but the payment will be in US Dollars only through Ziraat Katilim or Turkish Lira at the exchange rate of Ziraat Katilim bank on the invoice date ONLY (we can’t accept any offer in any other Currency).
Completed quotation should contain the following components:
- Signed and stamped all LTA documents IS A MUST.
- The contract will be awarded to the supplier achieving the highest overall score against the established evaluation criteria.
- This process is intended to establish an LTA, with quantities to be defined in accordance with actual needs as reflected in the issued Purchase Orders (POs).
